The headbands come in 2 sizes, 000 - 2 years & 3 years to adult - you simply adjust the size by adjusting the size of the bow or knot, the smaller the head, the bigger the bow! And YES - boys can wear them too, my son likes to wear them in more of a bandana style. Each headband comes with two unique sides, so you have the option to reverse the print too.
